Lever-lid cans like, for example, lacquer cans, have not been stackable up to now, resulting in stacks of leaning cans at sales presentations. Central alignment is possible with StaCan lids. The can remains cylindrical, allowing easy labeling.

But that is not all. New, ecologically friendly solutions are achieved by using an extremely narrow rim which enables optimal residue emptying of the can. The tin plate is recycable and the can convinces with a sealing thightness which remains unchanged even after frequent opening and closing of the special rim-lid construction. Difficult removal of sticking lids is a thing of the past: StaCan does not have the usual groove where lacquer collects when paint brushes are wiped on the can rim.

Pirlo was awarded the "Eurostar" for StaCan, the highest packaging award of the European Packaging Federation. The international European jury duly honoured the innovative StaCan with all its outstanding characteristics.

StaCan is used primarily in the paint and lacquer industry and is available in the norm sizes ot 125 ml to 1 liter.
