Heidi works in our Human Resources Department. She has been a member of Pirlo’s Human Resources Department as a part-time employee for 4 years. Her role involves frequent personal contact with employees, requires flexible and diligent work and an affinity for facts and figures. Pirlo supported Heidi in her training to become a certified payroll accountant. She stays up to date on continuously evolving payroll regulations by attending various seminars.  Her expertise is critical in her day-to-day work.

Julia is in her first year of apprenticeship to become a mechatronics engineer. She is in foundational training and is involved in filing and drilling projects involving various types of electronic measuring equipment. The apprenticeship program to become a mechatronics engineer lasts 3½ years. Her training includes the development, research and design of mechanical systems with integrated electronic control elements, the preparation of technical documentation and the production of prototypes. After completing her apprenticeship, Julia can work at Pirlo as a mechatronics engineer in our tool engineering or special-purpose equipment manufacturing departments.
